Audium – Hear it! Want It!

AUDIUM offers a range of speakers, from classic passive speakers, semi-active, active and wireless speakers. They are fully upgradeable which means you can easily upgrade your speakers step by step from passive to semi-active/active and then wireless.

At the heart of the AUDIUM loudspeaker is a single point source capable of reproducing frequencies from 150 Hz – 21 kHz; meaning that the sound doesn’t need to be separated and reassembled. Much effort was spent to develop such an optimised driver because “failures” at the source cannot be fixed by elaborate corrective measures. Fitted with a downward firing oval woofer, AUDIUM loudspeakers are capable of powerful low frequencies while maintaining the sonic advantages of a point source system.

Air

AUDIUM Air is not just a special speaker line – it is a completely new concept!

All you need are the two Air speakers, and nothing else! Connect them to your WiFi and play back music from your NAS, or streaming services.

Or connect two digital audio sources like CD-Drive or TV to also have a connection to your local music sources.

Active

Fully active speakers – loudspeakers with the amplifier built inside. So you can connect them directly to your audio source with volume control.

The advantage is a boost in sound! No more passive crossover is used (it is done by the DSP) and the power amp is located closest to the loudspeaker.

Furthermore, you have the possibility for various adjustments to adapt the loudspeaker to your listening room and personal listening properties!

Drive

Semi-active speakers combine the advantages of two disjunct worlds – providing a result that allows a step forward bigger than you would expect it to be from these combinations!

Each Drive speaker has the amplifier module built inside to drive the woofer. The Fullragen driver has a crossover network and is connected to binding posts.

So you can drive the speakers with a very “small” amplifier – a 5W triode tube amp is enough!

You will have the mellow, three dimensional sound of this amplifier through the full range driver, supported by the powerful, fast bass foundation from the semi-active part.

Plus: Adjustments like speaker position and bass setup that allow adjustment of bass reproduction according to your listening room.

Passive

The passive loudspeakers series represent the classic approach to Hifi.

Connect them to your integrated Amplifier, or power Amplifier through the bi-wiring terminal and enjoy the exclusive AUDIUM sound!

Fully Upgradable

Change from Passive to Semi-Active or even Air?

No problem. AUDIUM’s upgrade philosophy lets you upgrade your speakers. If you start with the passive version, upgrade to Active/Drive, and then upgrade to Air in a second step!
